BURI (boo-ree) is a variety of Yellowtail at its stage of maturity.
Here at BURI, we focus on high-quality products that we later utilise to create and incorporate localized tastes into our menu. We aim to please every guest we serve because to us, every guest is a unique and special individual. On our menu, you can find a blend of modern and traditional Japanese cuisine.

Our two aspiring chefs – Edmund Chong and Steve Chua have spent over a decade perfecting their skills in the Japanese “Kaiseki” traditional craft. Our chefs live with the belief that “A dream is never too big”

Chef Steve Chua and Edmund Chong has created inventive and timeless Japanese specialities. Flavours are colourful and thoughtfully composed. The torched slices of black pork and Aussie Beef Don are both a must-try!

Great Japanese fusion restaurant. Fresh food and great service. They serve great latte, too! It’s so good that I had two during my lunch meeting.

Found this restaurant online, so I decided to give it a try. The food is great! Make sure you order the black pork!
